Job Description

  • Manage on-site MEP construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain efficient workflows and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other teams to align on project goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project status and milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical should have:
