MEP Superintendent - TOP ENR GC - Charlotte

• Lead and oversee all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
• Meet regularly with subcontractors to review project progress, scheduling, material deliveries, and scope coordination.
• Identify and proactively address design conflicts, constructability concerns, and schedule impacts.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of project drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Coordinate daily with project managers, owners, consultants, tenant representatives, and field teams.
• Monitor quality control efforts and verify work is completed according to project requirements.
• Drive project schedules while maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.
• Support successful project delivery on complex multifamily and commercial developments.
