MEP - VDC Manager

• Lead the development and execution of VDC strategies for MEP systems in mission-critical projects, including data centers and substations.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient project coordination.
• Oversee 3D modeling, clash detection, and BIM coordination to streamline construction processes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members on VDC tools and methodologies to improve overall team performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce project costs.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors and consultants, to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the construction field.
