Job Description

    • Assist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial interior projects.
    • Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost tracking activities.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
    • Help monitor project progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
    • Conduct site visits and assist with quality control and safety compliance efforts.
    • Track change orders, project costs, and material deliveries.
    • Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
    • Assist with punch-list completion, project closeout, and turnover documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, Assistant Project Management, or a related role.
    • Experience working on commercial interiors, tenant fit-outs, renovations, or workplace projects.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
    • Experience working for a General Contractor preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software.
