With a portfolio that includes corporate offices, workplace fit-outs, tenant improvements, healthcare, retail, and hospitality renovations, they are known for delivering exceptional projects while fostering a collaborative and team-oriented culture.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of commercial interiors projects.Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Maintain project records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and progress reports.Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractor coordination.Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and support field operations.Track project milestones and help identify and resolve potential issues.Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
