Job Description

    • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project execution from preconstruction through closeout
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure schedules and budgets are met
    • Support RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control processes
    • Monitor project progress and maintain accurate reporting on costs, timelines, and risks
    • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are upheld
    • Help manage project schedules, procurement, and logistics planning
    • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • 2-6+ years of experience in construction project management or project engineering within a general contractor environment
    • Exposure to a variety of project types (commercial, residential, interiors, ground-up or renovations)
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and coordination
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
