Job Description

  • Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain project momentum.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage inventory effectively.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
