Job Description

      • Lead VDC and BIM implementation from preconstruction through project completion
      • Develop and manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
      • Coordinate federated models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
      • Facilitate clash detection, constructability reviews, and issue resolution meetings
      • Partner with project management and field leadership teams to improve planning and execution
      • Perform model quality assurance and quality control reviews
      • Support innovation, standardization, training, and continuous improvement initiatives within the VDC function

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), or Construction Technology leadership
  • Proven experience supporting complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, life sciences, or large-scale construction projects
  • Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, and related coordination software
  • Experience leading model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and BIM execution planning
  • Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
  • Experience mentoring junior VDC professionals and improving project delivery processes
