A reputable, DFW-based commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager with strong Class A interior build-out experience. This firm maintains long-standing relationships with developers, brokers, and corporate clients, consistently delivering high-quality interior projects throughout the metroplex.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of Class A interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Lead coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes
  • Ensure quality control across all trades, finishes, and installations
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks, delays, and field issues
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents to align field execution with project goals
  • Maintain clear communication with ownership, design teams, and stakeholders
  • Track project progress, reporting on milestones, costs, and timelines

The Successful Applicant

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
    • Proven experience managing Class A interior / tenant improvement projects
    • Strong background in corporate office build-outs and high-end finishes
    • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and aggressive timelines


  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with occupied or phased construction environments
    • Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software
    • Strong understanding of MEP coordination and construction sequencing
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
