Job Description

  • Manage commercial interior construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams.
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure financial performance targets are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company procedures.
  • Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation.
