Job Description

    • Manage multiple commercial interior projects from planning through completion.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and reporting.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
    • Lead client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
    • Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
    • Monitor project costs and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
    • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
    • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and risks.
    • Oversee punch-list completion, project closeout, and final handover.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Interiors should have:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
    • Proven experience managing corporate interiors, tenant fit-outs, renovations, and workplace projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
    • Experience working for a General Contractor specializing in interior construction.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
