Job Description

    • Manage healthcare construction projects frompre-construction through completion
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
    • Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
    • Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication
    • Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and quality assurance
    • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
    • Ensure all work is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor environment
    • Strong background delivering healthcare projects (hospitals, medical centers, labs, clinics)
    • Deep understanding of working in occupied/operational healthcare facilities
    • Knowledge of NYC construction codes, DOB regulations, and healthcare compliance standards
    • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
