Job Description

    • Manage full project lifecycle, from preconstruction, budgeting, and procurement through to final delivery
    • Oversee high-end interior construction projects, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail
    • Coordinate with ownership, architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment and timelines
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
    • Lead site teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and best-in-class execution standards
    • Source and manage specialty trades and luxury material procurement
    • Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting with precision
    • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within construction, specializing in high-end interior projects
    • Proven experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality, or boutique commercial fit-outs in NYC
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes specific to high-end interiors
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality
    • Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation
    • A hands-on leader with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
