Job Description

    • Lead full lifecycle project management from pre-construction through closeout
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless delivery
    • Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, safety standards, and regulations
    • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
    • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and proactively address risks/issues
    • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project alignment
    • Drive quality control and ensure work meets company and client expectations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • 5-10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor
    • Proven track record delivering projects in NYC (commercial, residential, or mixed-use)
    • Strong knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
