Job Description

    • Manage end-to-end project delivery of commercial interiors and retail build-outs
    • Oversee multiple fast-track projects with 10-12 week turnaround schedules
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
    • Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations
    • Lead client communications, providing regular updates and resolving issues proactively
    • Conduct site visits and ensure progress aligns with timelines and design specifications
    • Manage procurement and logistics to support tight project deadlines

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a general contractor
    • Strong background in high-end commercial interiors and retail fit-outs
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on accelerated timelines (12 weeks)
    • Experience working on projects within Connecticut
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
    • Proficient in project management tools, scheduling software, and construction documentation
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
