• Manage on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
• Monitor project budgets and report any variances to management.
• Conduct regular inspections and address construction challenges as they arise.
• Communicate progress and updates to clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
