• Oversee day-to-day field operations on active construction sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedule
• Ensure strict adherence to NYC safety standards, MTA/SCA regulations, and site compliance requirements
• Conduct site inspections, manage quality control, and enforce project specifications
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve field issues proactively
• Maintain detailed site logs, scheduling updates, and progress reporting
• Lead safety meetings and enforce a proactive safety culture across all trades
