Job Description

    • Oversee daily on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project close-out
    • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and field personnel
    • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
    • Enforce strict adherence to NYC building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
    • Conduct site meetings, inspections, and reporting on progress, risks, and milestones
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues proactively
    • Maintain high-quality control standards across all phases of construction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

    • Proven experience as a Superintendent within NYC construction (ground-up and/or interiors)
    • Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations, permitting processes, and union environments
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project timelines
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • OSHA certification and a strong commitment to safety best practices
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
