Job Description



    • Oversee day-to-day field operations across ground-up and hospital renovation/build-out projects
    • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics to maintain project schedules
    • Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations (OSHA) and healthcare construction standards
    • Manage quality control and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and healthcare stakeholders
    • Lead site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
    • Maintain schedules and proactively identify and mitigate project risks
    • Ensure compliance with infection control (ICRA), interim life safety measures (ILSM), and hospital operational requirements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

    • 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects
    • Proven track record delivering hospital builds, renovations, and occupied-space projects
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, codes, and safety protocols
    • Ability to manage fast-paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
    • OSHA certification required (30-hour minimum)
