• Oversee all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and sequencing
• Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety compliance and enforce OSHA regulations
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues proactively
• Manage site logistics in challenging NYC environments, including occupied buildings and tight urban spaces
• Lead site meetings, track progress, and provide regular reporting on milestones and risks
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and constructability
