Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, your days will be varied, fast-paced and people focused. You will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction market.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, developing long-term relationships.
  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
  • Source, screen and interview top candidates using a range of recruitment tools.
  • Support candidates through the full hiring journey, from first conversation to offer.
  • Present proposals and negotiate terms with confidence and professionalism.
  • Work closely with your team to achieve clear performance goals and progress your career.
