Mid-Sr. level Estimators - Cost Consulting Firm - Hingham, MA

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects within the Industrial/Manufacturing/Public industry.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Research and source materials, labor, and equipment costs to ensure accurate budgeting.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure alignment with project needs.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project costs and budgets.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.
