Job Description

* Lead all field operations on mission critical projects from start-up through commissioning

* Manage detailed schedules, phasing plans, and labour forecasts in live environments

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform teams on critical-path activities

* Enforce strict safety, quality, and documentation standards

* Serve as the on-site lead for owners, engineers, and internal project leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

* 8+ years of superintendent experience on mission critical or technical projects

* Background in data centres, advanced manufacturing, or similar environments

* Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and sequencing

* Proven ability to lead teams under tight schedules and high expectations

* Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience
