Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily reports documenting site activities, progress, and any challenges encountered.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to resolve construction-related challenges efficiently.
