Mixed Commercial Construction - Superintendent

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure project progress.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and code regulations.
• Address and resolve any construction-related issues promptly.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure materials and equipment are delivered and used efficiently.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment on-site.
