Mixed Commercial - Estimator

• Develop detailed and accurate project cost estimates for mixed commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project documents, including blueprints, specifications, and proposals, to assess scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and budgets.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Research and source materials, labor costs, and subcontractor pricing.
• Prepare bid proposals and assist in contract negotiations.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, budgets, and project-related documentation.
