Mixed Commercial Project Manager

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, and safety expectations.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, documentation, and project reporting.
• Lead communication between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and other construction documents.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and trade partners.
• Identify project risks early and develop solutions that keep projects moving forward.
• Monitor project financial performance while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and other developing team members.
