Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and project planning efforts
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify risks, solve challenges, and proactively drive project outcomes
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and project partners
  • Mentor and collaborate with project engineers, assistants, and field teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Experience working for a general contractor
  • Background managing multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or similar projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, budgets, and contracts
  • Ability to effectively communicate with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A relationship-driven mindset with a passion for delivering quality projects
