Multi-family Superintendent - Construction - W. Palm Beach

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for multi-family projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and local building codes.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Oversee quality control to maintain high construction standards.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners and architects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Lead site meetings and provide updates on project milestones.
