About Our Client

Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a growing multifamily construction division and an expanding presence across the Southeast. They are currently seeking a Multifamily Superintendent to support the construction of a ground-up Assisted Living project in Chattanooga, TN.

This position will work alongside a Senior Superintendent and play a key role in overseeing daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and schedule management. With additional projects anticipated in Tennessee, this is a strong opportunity for someone seeking long-term growth and project continuity.

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities for multi-family projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain construction standards.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

What's on Offer

Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

Truck Allowance: $750/month

Per Diem: $3,000/month

Bonus: Company & Project Profitability Bonus

PTO: 2 Weeks + Sick Days
