Job Description

  • Lead site‑level EHS programs across two manufacturing facilities
  • Drive health and safety initiatives including incident investigations and risk mitigation
  • Own workers' compensation, trend analysis, and corrective action programs
  • Conduct regular plant walkthroughs, audits, and compliance reviews
  • Oversee environmental compliance including air monitoring and wastewater treatment
  • Partner with site leadership to strengthen safety culture and supervisory accountability

The Successful Applicant

A successful EHS Manager should have:

  • 5-10+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong health and safety background; environmental oversight experience required
  • Experience working in union manufacturing environments preferred
  • Hands‑on leadership style with strong shop‑floor presence
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field
