Job Description

  • Support Project Managers in the successful delivery of multifamily and hospitality construction projects.
  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and reporting.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Support project closeout activities and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
  • Travel throughout Texas as needed to support active project sites.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
  • Experience working on multifamily or hospitality construction projects
  • Multifamily renovation or rehabilitation experience is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout Texas as project needs require including Houston, Central Texas, Dallas-Fort Worth, and other regional project locations
