Job Description

  • Support Project Managers with daily project execution
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, budgeting, and documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors and assist with scheduling efforts
  • Conduct jobsite visits and collaborate with field teams
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for tracking and reporting
  • Support communication between office, field teams, and leadership
  • Assist in maintaining project timelines and quality standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 2+ years of construction experience (APM/PE level)
  • Experience with multifamily projects (garden, podium, or wrap)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a professional and presentable demeanor
  • Stable work history (limited job hopping)
  • Seeking long-term growth within a multifamily-focused company
