Job Description

  • Assist in managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control measures.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Prepare and update project schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or delays during project execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of construction experience in an APM, PE, or similar project support role
  • Experience on multifamily projects required
    • Garden-style, wrap, and/or podium projects accepted
  • Strong tenure and demonstrated project commitment preferred
  • Experience with Procore and Bluebeam
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Interested in building a long-term career with one company
  • Experience with wood-frame or hybrid multifamily construction preferred
