Job Description

Assist in managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control measures.
Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
Prepare and update project schedules to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Assist in resolving any issues or delays during project execution.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of construction experience in an APM, PE, or similar project support role
Experience on multifamily projects required
- Garden-style, wrap, and/or podium projects accepted
Strong tenure and demonstrated project commitment preferred
Experience with Procore and Bluebeam
Detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Interested in building a long-term career with one company
Experience with wood-frame or hybrid multifamily construction preferred
