This role will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration and coordination.
  • Manage and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
  • Maintain project schedules and support schedule updates.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Review construction documents and identify potential conflicts or scope gaps.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Assist with procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
  • Track project costs, budget updates, and monthly forecasts.
  • Support permitting, inspections, turnover, and closeout activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Maintain project documentation utilizing construction management software.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, or assistant project management.
  • Experience on ground-up multifamily, apartment, condominium, or mixed-use projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multifamily projects ranging from 100+ units.
  • Podium, wrap, garden-style, or mid-rise construction.
  • Experience coordinating MEP trades, subcontractors, and inspections.
  • Exposure to budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control. This aligns with responsibilities seen across multifamily project teams supporting ground-up developments
