Job Description

  • Assist in planning and executing multifamily construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support in resolving on-site challenges and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality assurance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to align on project goals.
  • Assist with post-project evaluations and lessons learned documentation.
