Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent with daily onsite construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors and track project progress
  • Support scheduling, logistics, and material deliveries
  • Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Participate in site meetings and inspections
  • Travel between project sites across NC, SC, and TN

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • 1-4 years of experience in construction (multifamily preferred)
  • Exposure to ground‑up multifamily or assisted living projects
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Carolinas and Southeast
  • Strong work ethic and desire to grow into a Superintendent role
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
