Multifamily Construction Assistant Superintendent

• Support the Superintendent in overseeing on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project schedules are met.
• Monitor site safety and compliance with regulations.
• Inspect work to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with project managers regarding progress and challenges.
• Maintain site documentation, including logs and reports.
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed to keep projects on track.
