Multifamily Construction Estimator

• Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on project plans and specifications.
• Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment on project budgets.
• Prepare and present cost reports and proposals to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to provide accurate forecasts and recommendations.
• Assist in resolving cost-related issues during the project lifecycle.
