Job Description



Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Drive project execution to ensure schedule milestones and budget targets are achieved
  • Oversee subcontractor management, contract administration, and supplier coordination
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
  • Monitor project costs, forecasting, and risk management activities
  • Lead project meetings and communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering and process improvement
  • Deliver successful project outcomes while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Significant experience managing multifamily construction projects, apartment developments, mixed-use projects, or large commercial developments
  • Strong understanding of concrete construction, structural systems, project scheduling, and construction operations
  • Experience managing project budgets, contracts, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software platforms
  • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
