Job Description

  • Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinate with field teams and internal project staff
  • Lead project meetings and ensure project milestones are met
  • Track financial performance, changes, and risk mitigation
  • Support design-build and negotiated work delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Project Manager with multifamily focus
  • Proven success on ground-up apartment projects
  • Experience managing projects in the $10M-$50M+ range
  • Strong financial and scheduling knowledge
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
