Job Description

  • Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Oversee the quality assurance process and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
