With a robust pipeline of multifamily developments, they are known for delivering large-scale residential communities and maintaining long-term investments in their assets.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction operations for ground-up, wood-frame multifamily projectsManage subcontractors, site staff, and field coordination to ensure project milestones are metDrive project schedules, including short-interval planning and look-ahead schedulesEnforce strict site safety standards and ensure full compliance with local and company regulationsCoordinate daily with Project Management teams to address RFIs, submittals, and change ordersOversee quality control throughout all phases of constructionConduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure timely inspections and successful closeout of projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
