Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure construction projects are executed efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any challenges or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to maintain effective communication and report on project status.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized construction site, promoting safety and productivity.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
