Multifamily Construction Superintendent

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure proper material management and inventory control on-site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment.
• Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee high standards of construction.
