The company is known for promoting from within and providing employees with the support and resources needed to succeed at every stage of their careers.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Provide executive oversight for multiple multifamily construction projects simultaneouslyLead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teamsManage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycleDrive project performance related to schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfactionOversee project financials, forecasting, and overall portfolio profitabilityParticipate in business development efforts and support new client acquisitionCollaborate with preconstruction teams during project pursuit and planning phasesReview and approve project budgets, schedules, and strategic execution plansIdentify project risks and proactively implement solutionsSupport contract negotiations, change management, and dispute resolution when necessaryWork closely with company leadership to execute operational and growth initiativesPromote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellenceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
