Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive oversight for multiple multifamily construction projects simultaneously
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive project performance related to schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
  • Oversee project financials, forecasting, and overall portfolio profitability
  • Participate in business development efforts and support new client acquisition
  • Collaborate with preconstruction teams during project pursuit and planning phases
  • Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and strategic execution plans
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions
  • Support contract negotiations, change management, and dispute resolution when necessary
  • Work closely with company leadership to execute operational and growth initiatives
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant



Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor
  • Experience as a Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, Project Executive, or similar leadership role
  • Significant multifamily construction experience
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and project teams concurrently
  • Strong financial management, forecasting, and budgeting skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience leading large project teams and mentoring developing professionals
  • Strong understanding of preconstruction, project execution, and operational best practices
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
