Job Description

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Prior experience working for a general contractor
  • Demonstrated success delivering multifamily projects ($40M+)
  • Strong tenure history (ideally no more than 3 roles in 10 years)
  • Experience with wood frame, garden style developments preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and schedules simultaneously

The Successful Applicant

  • Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance
  • Coordinate with ownership, design teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Manage project risk, cost controls, and change orders
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and ensure safety compliance
  • Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
  • Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business
