The company is actively expanding into the Greenville/Spartanburg market, offering the opportunity to join early and grow with a developing regional presence.

Job Description

  • Support or lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and documentation
  • Collaborate with Senior PM, field teams, and project stakeholders
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking
  • Maintain communication across project team and leadership
  • Support delivery of a large-scale multifamily podium project
  • Participate in project meetings and on-site coordination

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have:

  • Experience as a Project Manager or seasoned APM
  • Background in multifamily construction (podium preferred)
  • Experience with ground-up construction projects
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work onsite or commute regularly to Spartanburg
  • Willingness to travel to project site 2x per week (if Charlotte-based)
  • Stable work history with solid tenure preferred

  • Project Manager: $95K - $130K
  • Vehicle Allowance: ~$500/month
