This individual will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, consultants, and overall project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any project-related challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
